- LIGHTING DESIGNER-
Sean grew up an Air Force kid in cities across the country and parts of England. He relocated to Denver in 2015 to become heavily engaged in the performing arts community and last season was nominated for a Henry award. Sean has designed countless live productions between theatre and dance, yet has a background in corporate production that comprised the first 10 years of his career. He is a former resident designer and a proud ensemble member of the Strawdog Theatre Company in Chicago where he was nominated three times and received a Joseph Jefferson Citation. Some of his credits include design work with the Arvada Center, Vintage, The Catamounts, off center at the Dcpa, The Edge, Breckenridge Back Stage, Littleton Town Hall, Parker Arts, Echo Theatre L.A., Ignite, Cherubs, Route 66, Wagon Wheel, The Goodman, The Steppenwolf Garage, Next, A Red Orchid, Collaboraction, Lifeline, Citylit, Adventure Stage Chicago, European Rep, Control Group, Ballet Chicago, Hip Hop Connexion, Chicago Dance Crash and Culture Shock Chicago. Sean has an MFA in lighting design from Northwestern University in Chicago, and also holds a BFA from Texas State University at San Marcos.
